JWA STORE POLICIES

VIP CARD PROGRAM - Updated March 2, 2024

  • No new VIP cards will be issued effective March 2, 2024.
  • Each $1 you spend on regular priced items equals one point. The deadline for points to be accumulated is March 10, 2024. Points will not be awarded on the purchase of a gift card or in conjunction with any other special offers or coupons.
  • 300 points equal $25 Reward Credit that can be used on a future purchase until June 30, 2024 with one EXCEPTION, Brighton merchandise. Reward Credit CAN be used on Sale Merchandise.
  • Reward Credit may NOT be exchanged for cash or used to purchase gift certificates
  • Must have a VIP card for RETURNS. No points or Reward Credit will be processed back to the card after March 10, 2024. Customers are responsible for maintaining valid contact information. 
  • Rewards may only be redeemed by you. Your phone number is required on file as your customer number.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue its VIP card at any time without prior notice (Original Policy Effective 06.09.2016).

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • We will process & ship your order within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 1 pm (EST) may be processed the following business day.
  • Orders are subject to merchandise availability.
  • We will contact you with a follow-up email or phone call if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information to process your order.

IN-STORE PICKUP

  • Free in-store pickup is available if you live near Juli's Wearable Art in Bedford, PA.
  • For any order amount, local customers may choose the free pick-up option.
  • On the web order checkout page, choose shipping method: "In-Store Pick-Up.”
  • At your convenience, your web order will be ready for pick up at Juli's Wearable Art, 100 E Pitt St., Bedford, PA 15522 after you receive a fulfillment notification.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Refunds only available within 30 days of purchase with a Juli’s Wearable Art receipt.
  • Exchanges only without a receipt, or after 30 days.
  • Any VIP points associated with a refund or exchange will be deducted from VIP.
  • All sale or reduced-price merchandise sales are final with no refunds or exchanges.
  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please note: You, the customer, are responsible for shipping costs incurred to send the item(s) back to JWA for a refund/exchange. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return/exchange as long as it meets the following criteria:
    • Merchandise must be in new, unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed condition with original tags still attached.
    • All Earrings, Crystal Jewelry, and Sale Items are not returnable or exchangeable.
    • Call 814-623-7216 first to receive a Return Authorization.
    • Mail all packages to Juli's Wearable Art, 100 East Pitt Street, Bedford, PA 15522.
    • Package must be postmarked for return within 14 days of your receipt. You may pack your return merchandise in the original packaging if it is available.
    • Using the delivery service of your choice, we suggest you obtain a tracking number and insure your package for the full value of the merchandise being returned. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in shipping.
    • Any returns not postmarked for return within 14 days of delivery will be exchange or store credit only. Sorry, no returns allowed past 30 days of purchase date.
  • We will refund the receipt cost of the item(s) only; we will not refund the shipping and handling fee on your order. All refunds must be made in the form of payment on your order.
  • Check your e-mail (including Spam folder). Usually your credit card company, PayPal or Amazon will send notification after processing refunds. Your financial institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account statement
  • For your desired exchange of an item, please call us at 814-623-7216, or email us: info@juliswearableart.com to check the availability of your requested exchange item. After you ship the item for an exchange at your expense, we will mail an exchanged item, at our expense, one time per order.

PRIVACY/SECURITY POLICY

  • Juli's Wearable Art does not sell or distribute any customer information to outside parties. Any information that we collect is used exclusively for our internal information. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience.
  • When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card information and expiration date. Your credit card information that you input is encrypted by thawte ssl and protected for your security. This information allows us keep you informed of your order status.
  • In return for making a purchase or registering at our site, we offer to keep you informed of new and ongoing benefits, exclusive sales and promotions and other customer-only benefits. We appreciate any additional, optional information you are willing to share with us. This optional information helps us tailor your experience at our site, showing you content that we think might be interesting to you. Depending on the information you give us, we will also provide you with relevant information, gift ideas, and other special offers.

CHECK POLICY

  • There will be a $25 fee for returned checks.

    SWEEPSTAKES POLICY

    • To obtain the name of the winner and a copy of Official Rules for any drawings held a Juli’s Wearable Art, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Juli’s Wearable Art, 100 East Pitt Street, Bedford, PA 15522.
    • All such requests must be made within fifteen (15) days of the close of the sweepstakes.
